March 31, 2010 Dear Mr Akers: I am a new customer and purchased your 3rd Hand HD pole system with various accessories. I am one hundred percent satisfied with the exception that a magnet pulled out of two of the Door Mag units. I attempted to epoxy the magnets into the plastic holders, but without lasting success. I sent an e-mail regarding the above to customer service. I received an immediate rely from Mackenzie Davidson offering a replacement. I left a voice mail for her indicating my shipping address, since the purchase had been made via Amazon. She then called me personally to confirm that the replacement would be shipped shortly along with an additional set, a catalog and some promotional items that we discussed. The items arrived on schedule. A few days later I received an additional call from Ms. Davidson following up to make sure that I had received the shipment and that all was in order. I have been in business for more than forty years and I can’t remember the last time, if ever, that I received customer service that was this great. Each Monday I meet with a group of current and retired contractors. It was a pleasure telling of my experience with your firm. Several of these contractors already were using your tools and supplies but had not had the need to contact customer service. All were impressed. And they all had one question: Why don’t all companies service their customers the way you do? My best to you for a successful year and please pass my compliments on to Ms. Davidson for her exceptional service and for converting me into a loyal customer. Sincerely yours, December 19, 2009 Hi Fastcap Team, Adam Rose December 10, 2009 Jon, Thank you so much for getting me the new little hand and the cool bag. I am telling everyone how great you guys took care of me. Its so refreshing to see an American company stand behind their products like you did, it makes me proud. Thanks again. James Paul: I just wanted to take a moment and say "Thanks" for your willingness to work and support the WoodLINKS schools. I teach at Somerset High in Wisconsin and have been part of WoodLINKS for about 6 years now. I appreciate your offer and so will my students. I have not looked through your entire web site and product list yet but i am inspired at your opening video about your products and how anybody with an idea can lead to new marketed products. Once again Thanks for this opportunity and I will be calling you in the near future with some items that will be helpful in promoting my program here in Somerset. Mark Barron
October 16, 2009 Dear Paul, Thank you very much for your generosity and your support of our Wood Technology program at Pittsburg State University. The tool packs you sent us are amazing. I never would have dreamed I would be receiving something of that magnitude. Thank you for making a sacrifice from your own company to help my fellow students and I out. I can't thank you enough and I definitely will be looking to FastCap first for my woodworking supplies.
Sincerely,

I am writing (belatedly) to thank you for your generous donations for my class. I teach a cabinet installation class at Seattle Central Community College and have talked about the usefulness of many of your products. Your company was very generous in supplying not only catalogues, but samples of many tools and supplies that are used by professional installers and have become industry standards. The tape measures and tape measure holders were a huge hit with the students as were the no-fog safety glasses. Many of the students are seeking jobs in the industry and will continue to use your products well into the future. On a personal note, I am a professional cabinet maker and installer. I recently purchased the SpeeDollie (the one with four swivel wheels). It is an outstanding tool. I have used it on 5 installations already and do not know how I worked without it!. I (and my back!) thank you. A grateful teacher and satisfied customer, August 5, 2009 Dear Paul and Leanne,

I received a copy of your "Slim-Jim"-sized catalog today inside my Woodshop News Magazine... and although I'm not a "tradesman", I am blown away by the imagination of your company.
I don't know how many of your products are developed internally by your people... versus how many are merely "found" in the marketplace by your buyers... but, whatever the source, you're doing one helluva job!
Back in the late 70s and early 80s, I was the Catalog Manager for Shopsmith, here in Dayton, Ohio. When I started there (as a lowly copywriter), I was given the assignment of launching their first catalog... so I know quite well what's involved with the process of searching the marketplace for products... as well as the development of new products for the line. It's a LOT of work.
My hat's off to you... as one of the absolute BEST "Industry Problem-Solvers"!

Just wanted to pass along some great feed back on your pocket chisels.
June 9, 2008 I don't know what to say except a great big Thank You and that you have me and every person I can tell about your great products and service as customers forever. You really went above and beyound the call on customer service. I really didn't expect a new one for free because it surely was not the product at fault it was the gorilla grip of my helper. Thanks Again and God Bless, Russ |
