We set out to make the perfect Tip Magnet, but six months into it I gave up. Fortunately, Mike Andrews, our engineer had more persistence than I did. He came up with the perfect combination of polarity, strength and shape to make the Tip Magnet the most powerful Tip Magnet you will ever use. The next time you pick up a screw gun, the first thing you will do is make sure that it has a Tip Magnet, it makes that big of a difference! Regardless of where the Tip Magnet is, at the base of a 1" tip or a 6" extended tip, the magnetic transfer picks up multiple screws with ease.
