How do I submit a product idea?

Do you sell direct or do I have to purchase through a distributor?
You can order from us online, over the phone (1-888-443-3748), or even come right into our showroom located in beautiful Ferndale, WA!! Or, if you would like to find a distributor close to you, press this link.
Do you have dealer in my country?
Thank you for asking. This link will list our many dealers around the world. They carry most of our products and they should be able to help you.
What is your international shipping policy?
We are happy to ship orders internationally. We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders. If an international order fails to deliver you will need to contact the shipping company and local law enforcement if you believe the order was stolen. We do not guarantee date of delivery for any international orders. It is up to you to ensure you provide us with a complete and accurate address. If you order is returned to sender by the shipper we will issue a product refund minus the cost of shipping. We can ship most, but not all products from our Catalog. When will my order ship out?
Orders shipping with UPS shipping will ship the same business day if placed before 2pm pacific time. Orders placed with USPS shipping will ship the following business day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will ship the following Monday.
How do I track my USPS order?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we can look up tracking numbers for USPS orders. The tracking numbers do not generate automatically for online USPS orders.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from WA state, our normal ground shipping time with UPS is 5 business days to reach the East coast and shorter the closer you get to WA state.
I am interested in becoming a wholesaler or dealer, how do I do that?
Please contact our company co-owner, Leanne Akers by email (email@example.com). Let her know your business name, addresses, products you are interested in selling, who you typically sell to, and credit references, if available.
Do you allow international orders?
While we can ship orders to other countries you will get the best deal by purchasing from a distributor in your country if possible. We may also ask for a bank wire if your order is over a certain $ amount. You will also be responsible for any importation duties/taxes/or fees. These will not be listed at time of check out as they are calculated at customs in your country. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with questions about international orders and distribution companies. If you would like a quote for international shipping please include your complete address and the items you are interested in purchasing.
Who is responsible for duties/import taxes/customs fees on international orders?
Import duties, taxes, and charges aren't included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Do you allow returns?
We allow returns of most stock items purchased directly from Fastcap that are in their original packaging and in re-sellable condition. We do not pay for return shipping. If items are not in re-sellable condition we may deny your return or charge a re-stocking fee if we need to repackage the items.

Please include your original online order number or purchase order number and a contact phone number on a piece paper with the return and we will issue a refund to the credit card, paypal account, or dealer account used to make the purchase.

I am having issues with my credit card when checking out?
As part of a new fraud prevention tool we will be requiring all online orders to have correct billing information including street address and zip code. If you are trying to place an order and see an error message relating to avs or cvv settings this is because the billing details are incorrect for the card number you are trying to use.
